The 3060 Guest House is a unique (3) room residence that sleeps four adults  in comfort.  The large combination bedroom &  lounge has a comfy Sterns & Foster queen bed and a modern sectional sofa. The kitchen is the heart of any home and the 3060 kitchen is no exception. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook and more, including a 100 year old backlit stained glass window over the sink. The dining table seats (4) and this oversized room also features a  queen Murphy bed. (No sleeping on a pull out sofa here!). The combination Office / Coffee & Wine bar has a full sized desk, snacks and a wine cooler. The 3060 also has a private patio which is the perfect place to start or end your day. Your private patio overlooks our grounds and is where we invite you to sit, sip or smoke. A BBQ grill is available and can be set-up on request.  

The Guest House is settled in a quiet mid-century neighborhood located within city limits between the airport and downtown.  Reserved off street parking for up to 2 cars is provided, and wifi is also included. There is plenty of shopping options literally around the corner (food and mall), with many more restaurants, stores and services just (1) exit south at Camp Creek Market Place.
